We hope you are ready to enjoy our "art in review" showcasing some of our faves through out 2017! Today we want to share some of our design team's favorite cards, tags, and layouts from this year!
"This layout is about skates, the very first ones my daughters got some Christmases ago. Naturally they needed to try them on as soon as possible. I even didn’t have time to grab a camera, but quickly documented the happening with my phone. The photo is shaky and a bit out of focus, but it still documents an important moment and three of the most important persons. Nothing short of sweet pink could fit the page! So I used Heaven Sent 2 in the layout but brought some “me” with the mediums to the background. Sweet and sugary, yet with some painty fun!" ~ Riikka
"Having to chose a favorite layout is always something difficult for me because I feel I put a lot of thoughts and effort in each creation. I decided to go for this one because of the unusual sketch, the texture and the layers and, I think, because of the colors I chose. I just love the pop of red and blue contrasting with the yellowish vintage background." ~ Karine
"I love so much the Amber Moon collection, so no doubt for me, my preferred layout of this year is this one. The colors, the flowers, the embellishments, I totally fell in love with this collection ! XOXOXOX" ~ Nathalie
"My Magical layout was so fun to create. I created it using the most gorgeous pastel colour palette. So many fun things to look at on this layout....a feast for the eyes." ~ Stacey
"I have chosen this layout because Zella Teal has been one of my favorite collections of 2017. Those colors, those designs ... are perfect." ~ Vero
"I'd like to show you my favourite layout. It's the way I like it. Mixed media with the addition of vintage style and coffee. I used my favorite Finn's Ephemera and micro balls. Watercolor paints were also perfect. I hope you like it too! :) Happy New Year!" ~ Monika
CARDS and TAGS
"Ultra Violet: the color of the year 2018. The new papers and embellishments of My Prima Planner are stolen my heart." ~ Vero
"I just adore these cards I created using the Rose Quartz collection. They are really stunning and feminine. Pinks and Greys were certainly a colour combination of the year." ~ Stacey
"Here is one of my favorite cards made with Prima flowers, dies, and resin frames!"~ Jaya
"Made from the Heaven Sent collection. It is one of the most universal papers from Prima Marketing Inc which you can use almost for all your projects like I did with my newest wedding card." ~ Mariusz
"I made this card for my guest designing post for Prima Marketing in April this year. It was my first project published on the Prima blog so it very special for me. Now I am on the Prima team! I have used one of my most favorite collections ever for it - Rossibelle," ~ Kavitha
"I don’t do a lot of tags, but I love this one, surely that is a simple choice because the Amber Moon collection is just AMAZING !!!" ~ Nathalie
