The journals measure 4.75" wide x 7.25" tall and can hold up to four A6 sized inserts inside. Just think of all the ways you can use your new journal: meal planning, exercise motivator, school work, planning activities for your family, and so much more. Slip inserts in and out depending on your week. *A pastel insert pack is available for the personal-sized notebooks with four notebooks that features blank, lined, grid, and dotted designs.
