Pinterest can be a great place to absorb inspiration and save ideas for future projects. The downside is when you have boards upon boards of inspiration and no idea how to translate that into a finished project! Our design team is coming to your rescue with great ideas for using the color scheme, techniques or textures from pins and translating it into projects!
"Pinterest is so full of inspiration. I have a board on my Pinterest called "All things gold" which is dedicated to the gorgeous color. I had this image pinned to the board sometime back and wanted to create something inspired by it." ~ Jaya Raghuvanshi
"I made this round canvas and embellished it with gorgeous Prima flowers. To recreate this look I used the Prima Metallic Accent paints."

"Hi, today's a Pinterest day today on the blog and I must admit that it's quite easy for me to find inspiration there. The most important rule is not to get stuck. Instead, you just need to absorb the colors and analyze why you like a particular image." ~ Elena Morgun
"Starting my work, I'd thought it would be a canvas. I was inspired by richly textured backgrounds. But instead I got a layout. I lacked free space and flowers, so that's how my canvas transformed into a layout. This is how my inspiration works - I just let it flow freely with no boundaries, and the wonderful Prima products fall into place almost by themselves. While creating I played with some crackle pastes, wax and sprays."

"For this month's Pinspiration challenge, I made my own version of this cool roving wall art piece by Street Spun-it would add a really nice texture and tactile element to any wall space or gallery wall area." ~ Aideen Fallon
"I added a fun pop of red to the centre and kept the other colours pretty neutral-I also really liked the hessian board they used and made my own!"

"Recently, I’ve been really drawn to acrylics. And spring makes me always want to grab yellow. So I combined these two in this project which got its inspiration from an acrylic painting. I mimicked the look with Finnabair acrylics and white gesso and made an unique background. If you want to make one, you just need some paints, a silicone brush and then let yourself loose! Use the silicone brush to apply the paint on top of the paper and make it yours!" ~ Riikka Kovasin
"On top of that background I then documented a costume my daughter asked for her sixth birthday – a carrot princess. Like I said with a sticker near the photo – only you, only she can think of something like that!"
