"There are so many cool ideas on Pinterest for weaving, but one of them that stood out to me, is the use of metal piping in your weave. It gives a really cool effect! Metal detailing is huge in home décor, and included in your fiber arts kit are lots of fun metal embellishments, including some metal tubes! That is what I used for this piece and it is just one of my favourites-I am going to hang it on my wall in my crafty space for inspiration every day." ~ Aideen Fallon

"I keep a number of boards at Pinterest connected to colors. Every time I bump into a photo that inspires me and that doesn’t fit into the paper crafts boards I keep, it ends up in the color boards. One of those kinds of pictures was this beautiful piece of art by Ronald Ceuppens. I really felt inspired by the use of color in the piece, as well as the contrast between the delicate butterflies and the harsh, armor-looking material of the dress.
For my project I wanted to use similar color palette, use an old photo, and also to create or have a dress in it. When I rummaged through my stash, I noticed the gatefold album I had and decided to transform it into a décor piece, sort of a triptych. If you want to see how the project was made, I made a Snapguide for you!" ~ Riikka Kovasin

"I absolutely love searching Pinterest for gorgeous photos and inspiration! When I saw this photo featuring a mint and pink color palette, I decided to use it as inspiration for this mini watercolor canvas. I used the new Watercolor Confections pastel color palette to create a soft mint and pink background. I then cut images and matting from the "Heaven Sent" collection. To finish my design, I added flowers, pearls, and art stones to add texture and interest." ~ Robin Shakoor

"I was inspired by the beautiful rich deep blue colors of this image that I stumbled upon while on Pinterest. I recreated some of those blue hues on one of my pages, in my paper collage Decorated Journal here in my Studio. This is a journal I have put together using my artwork and other paper bits and elements. I used my Color Bloom spray mists for the base colors. I let dry, then next, I sprayed some of Prima's Resist Patterns Tabs and Tags. I composed my page and finished it off by adding some pretty Arctic Jute Trim and this large watercolor bloom! Prima makes it so easy to make beautiful things!" ~ Bonita Rose
