"I love painting Mermaids! I love their flowy fins and elegant silhouette. These things make for a fun watercolor project on the Prima watercolor panel. I first sketched out my mermaid with the no. 88 watercolor pencil (in the earth tones set). This color is a perfect light yellow to softly sketch out and water down if you need to make any corrections. I then used the Classic and Decadent Pies Prima Watercolor Confections to paint my girl and the background...can't forget the bubbles and starfish. I also used a white paint pen to add some soft highlights in the eyes, bubbles, and shells :-) I hope you enjoy!

"I really love all things Boho and pretty: combine it with watercolors and a few gorgeous flowers and you have the perfect shabby chic piece!! I just love everything about watercolors, they are so much fun and really easy to use. I have used lots of pretty colors here from each of the Watercolor Confections sets along with Pencils and some Color Bloom sprays. The 12 x 12 Watercolor Panel was once again a perfect size to complete my dreamcatcher canvas." ~ Stacey Young

"Do you love stitching? I do!!! That's great way to make title... big or small :) I've colored the title with watercolor and then stitched it up. What about photo and the theme! When I found this quatrefoil (four-leaf clover), my dream did come true! I was so happy. :) Wish you to find yours!" ~ Olya Kotlyaraova

"For this project, I created my own notebook covers for my A6-size Travelers Notebook, using three sheets of mixed-media paper, some Color Bloom Sprays, a Prima stamp, and a stencil from my stash. From three sheets of paper, I was able to create six different notebook covers! To make these, I sprayed and stenciled papers, then I let them dry. After cutting to size, I folded, then stamped the images. I used my Prima Press Alphabet and Stamping Block for the "NOTES" title on each notebook cover! Super easy!" ~ Bonita Rose Kempenich

"As usual, I started my work by creating the layers. I cut and distressed the edges of the paper from Vintage Emporium, then I layered them, many times sticking one on another. That is why I planned to play with the oil pastels and I decided to cover all the layers with a thin layer Heavy White Gesso. When the gesso was dry, I took different stamps, mainly with a theme of print. Without planning ahead, I randomly stamped them with black ink." ~ Monica Huculak
"Then I took the oil pastels, as you can see at the photo, and I just drew colourful lines, which later I blended with the help of brush and water. The end shade depends on amount of water mixed with the pastels. If you put more water, you will have more gentle effect. I dried all work with the heat gun and I added some color in some places as well. I could not forget about coffee stains! Finally I added a photo and my favorite metal supplies."

"I love working with Prima Watercolor Confections. This time I only used one color - turquoise to create the background and add color to the doily. I've used 6x6 Paintable Pad - Vintage Emporium which has beautiful designs. The best part of making a watercolor card is that you will not be able to make another one the same, so each is one of a kind." ~ Emilia Sieradzan
