"Vogue magazine is my favorite for inspiring figures and fashion. I often use these magazines to jumpstart my faces, and in the process, evolve and learn something new in my process. It stretches me to see differently than just creating from my imagination. I love using the Prima watercolors for this practice. I start with a sketch with a stabilo graphite pencil and quickly move to the watercolors. I create finishing marks with the Prima Watercolor Pencils to add depth and dimension. "I created the background for my tag using a watercolor pencil. Once dry, I used a stencil to create texture, then sprinkled glitter for extra glimmer." ~ Robin Shakoor

"Using my Watercolor Pencils and one of my favorite alterable flowers, I was able to make a matching embellishment for my woven bookmark. I love the tones in the Aspen Blush Yarns and was able to match my flower up perfectly using the hair and skin pencils.
