My name's Evgenia Kovtun and I am from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. I am a stay-at-home mom to two handsome boys (five and seven years old) and am a devoted Christian.
I have been a scrapbooker for sixyears now. Having occupied a fair amount of my thoughts and shelves, this hobby became my passion and a way of relaxation. In my spare time - when not scrapping (: - I am a teacher and a photographer. I love projects rich in details and color. My layouts usually have many layers, and are full of textures and colors. When it comes to adding colorful accents there is just no time limit! You can find my projects on my Instagram page and also watch the video tutorials on my Youtube channel.
Today I would like to share an urban layout created with Prima Marketing papers, flowers, and embellishments and colored with Alcohol Inks. For the alcohol inks to work on paper I covered everything with Prima Soft Matte Gel. The layout is about New York, the city of bricks and bright and bold colors. I rotated the sketch and used one long photo instead of three small ones.
My second project is a one-sheet mini album. I have prepared a video tutorial, so that you could follow the steps I took to create this mini. I love the color palette for June. It's very sophisticated and quite universal. The mini album is also about a large city, but quite different from New York. It's about Paris. Enjoy!
Evgenia created a FUN video showing her creative process through-out the making of her mini-album!
Evgenia is amazing to work with! She's talented, fun, and such a hard worker. I just love how she did so much for her guest spot! Thank you, Evgenia for patiently waiting until the LAST day of June to be featured! Sometimes our sneak peeks and releases get in the way! Let's leave a little love for Evgenia right here and don't forget...today is the LAST day to enter our BAP and PPP challenges! Details here!
Thank you, Sharon, for all the sweet words!
This is a wonderful opportunity and I am very grateful for this chance (:
Hugs
Evgenia
