Art Journaling

Art Journaling is wide and free. If you've never tried it you must! It's one of those platforms where anything goes! And that's good...because it's YOUR book and you can do whatever you like in it! We asked three of our art journalers to create anything they wanted. You will see how varied their styles are. How they expressed themselves with total freedom. How beautiful each page is. Their personalities really shine on these pages...as it is a natural extension of themselves! Enjoy!

"I was really inspired to create a couple of art journal pages featuring beautiful paper clay designs made from the iron orchid decor-Vintage Art Décor Moulds." ~ Mona Pendleton

"I started with a collaged background using a variety of pretty papers from the Salvage District Collection, then added lots of texture using white crackle paste, along with the netting stencil. Once the pages were dry, I randomly applied a variety of products including: Color Bloom Sprays, Mica Powders, and acrylic paint."

"On top I added a delicate pattern using gesso and then went overboard with stamping. The focal point of the page is two little girls to whom I drew fairy wings and stamped also inspiring words to the upper left corner."
