I just love the Clear Gesso more than anything!! I use the others, white, black but in using the clear it allows for color to shine through from the paper and if I mix with beads or any of the textures or embellies, the natural color shines through and I love that!!! I have almost all, I keep finding one I don't have or have missed for some reason, and I love using every last bit of it!!!!💞☺️💞

I use the gessoes quite a bit but my faves are the gorgeous glitters (the Caribbean Seas does not even go in the drawer anymore, just keep it on my desk!!)

My favorite product is the gesso clear.

I haven't used any of the products yet (due to the dreaded rut + less free time) so I'm commenting for a chance to win a fun play session that might help kickstart me again. Love gesso and would be excited to try something new in the guise of mica flakes.

How do I choose? Gel medium, crackle, clear gesso, mica powders.... I think they all are wanted/needed!! Mixed media all the way for me. Even putting beads into cabachon settings to make charms & pendants....

I have been lucky enough to have some of the fabulous Finnabair products already and I must say, they are second to none!!! I am totally in love with mixed media and I use few Finnabair products that I simply adore. My favorite is the texture paste Crackle Platinum. It creates a gorgeous effect of mother pearl. I don't know any other product that has this beautiful and discreet shine at the same time.

~ Of course, she is famous for her Mechanicals and they are incredible.

Have been out of mixed media action for a while yet and now my creative passion is back firing on all cylinders..guess we all need a production base to start or restart from sometimes don't we and the gesso is that for me.
