Relics & Artifacts is a wondrous line by Sandra Evertson with gorgeous bases for creating unique, creative projects: from home decor to personalized jewelry pieces; altered items to book covers, and so much more! With people on our Design Team from all over the world, with different styles, with different interests, with different faiths, this is the perfect line to allow individualism for personal expression with their projects. (Relics & Artifacts are shipping in April...so keep an eye out for them...and check out the give-away at the bottom!)
Today's beautiful piece by Keren explores the creativity you can attain when combining different pieces together to express your faith and individual style, with a message that reaches down to where you are right now. That is what papercrafting is all about...creating pieces from your heart that tell a story, that speak without words, that remind you of the things that really matter. If you are in a tough spot, or really discouraged right now, we hope this piece brings you hope and joy! There are always better days ahead!
"I really loved creating this mixed-media tag. Sandra Evertson's Relics & Artifacts go so well with Finnabair's Mixed-Media products. I wanted to design something that is meaningful to me, and the word "faith" fit perfectly with the theme. I have a step-by-step video tutorial below on how I created this tag." ~Keren Tamir

Just saw the news about the give away. I would use a wood block stained with cherry and use the resin pieces on the block after I colored them golds and coppers. And, I would make a box for my friend - using blues - and again coloring the resins - this time with silvers and coppers.
Posted by: Kathy Bradley | Monday, March 23, 2015 at 04:38 PM
It would make a beautiful journal cover!

Oh these new supplies are just so tempting. The worst thing is to hear about them and then read :ships April... Sigh... I want them NOW....lol... Gosh it looks amazing. And this tag today is stunning. I have just enjoyed the video TWICE... I could easily imagine how cool the relics and artifacts would look on a book cover or journal cover.. Todays tag could easily be replicated in a bigger size for that.
Thank you for sharing and for the give-away.
Hugs from Monica.....Spain
