"Over the past year I've been creating gratitude journals for people. I simply buy a cheap, hard-cover notebook from the dollar store and alter the covers. This journal is for my mother-in-law so she can write all the things she's thankful for inside the book. She loves soft pastel colours, so I used the Coffee Break collection for the background.
