It's Time For May's Challenges!

 

May's Product Picks are soft and sweet shades, with a vintage twist, and tiny pops of color! The Princess Collection shows off the detailed femininity and lovely designs perfectly. My name is Céline Régnier, I am French and actually work as a secretary in a small business. I am married to a wonderful man and we have two children - Marine and Thomas, one cat- Leo, and one puppy- Zoe.

 

I like scrapbooking, mixed-media, photography, and traveling. I had the chance to travel thanks to my husband's job. After a couple of years abroad we are finally back to France in the heart of the Loire Valley.

 

I'm a real scrapbooker addict! I enjoy layouts and mini-albums mainly, but also love canvas and cards. Scrapping is a very special moment with myself, pushed by my creativity to express myself through stamps, inks, mists, and paper.

May's PPP offers us a lot of combination of colors, I chose to highlight the pink and the light brown, using a lot of details, gluing some papers from Princess, Cartographer, Almanac, and Script pad collections; gesso and inks, with a few stencils to give a dimensional effect; flowers and embellishments to finish the layout. ~Céline

This palette was perfect to create a little special for my studio. I have had this big chipboard letter sitting here blank for a long time collectiong dust. Now it is sitting in a nice little place for all to see filled with Prima Goodness! ~Felicity Wilson

 May's BAP was so nice to work with. I chose to create a layout with softness and lightness, the funny pictures of my daughter matching perfectly. I started to work on my background with gesso and a flower stencil, then I added some dimension with pink ink, stamps, and the Arbor Die. I also cut out "Love Life" from ATC Cards. ~Céline Régnier

How's this for a spur of the moment fun activity? My daughter and I took these selfies of ourselves. We just clicked the camera and had fun taking pictures. I created this mixed-media canvas layout using Color Bloom sprays, stamps, then layered it with some embellishments from the new Bloom collection. ~Keren Tamir
