First up is our Guest Designer for December. We are super excited to have Tanya Batrak join us for this month's sketch! Her work is fresh and inspiring. Make sure to look for all of her sweet details which give her projects that extra special touch.
Tanya Batrak!
My family and I live in the beautiful city of Kyiv, Ukraine. I have a passion for paper crafting, photography, traveling, and sometimes cooking. But, scrapbooking is always in the lead among all my hobbies. I started scrapbooking in 2009. That winter our sweet daughter was born and I decided to make an album with her pictures. I ended up creating two mini-albums with pockets for CDs, which I gave to my parents and parents-in-law.
Just a Little Hello Layout
For this layout I combined two beautiful collections - Anna Marie and Hello Pastel.
I cut frames, little deer, and words with my Silhouette. After layering all the details together I added some watercolour paints, and black and pink splashes! ~Tanya

When I saw Magda's creative design I knew Prima's square Stitch Stamp was perfect for this challenge. I picked the music paper from Finnabair's Vintage Vanity A4 pad as an accent to symbolize my musician husband. ~Jennifer
Don't you just love Jennifer's color choices and embellishments? They're a perfect combo for her couple page!

Beautiful Memories Layout
by Marie-Nicolas Alliot
My background was created with spray ink, a Donna Downey Mask with Adirondack Ink. I completed it with Prima's stamps applied with chalk ink (Vintage Pink and Coltsfoot Stemens.)
Next I embossed an "All About Me" cling stamp on to vellum (use white embossing powder) and filled the pocket with sequins. ~Marie-Nicolas

Hello Layout
by Adrienne Ford
This BAP struck my attention for it dramatic design. I love all the white space and splatters. I thought I would recreate this look, but rotate it clockwise and add a large 5 in by 7 in photo to it.
I particularly was fascinated by this photo I captured of my daughter. Something about her face is just so intriguing and beautiful. Only a black and white photo would do for this. To keep with the color tones in the photo I used all grey and black mediums to create this. No embellishments could have done this justice more than an array of Prima Mechanicals and Junkyard Findings. I played around with a mix until I found the best arrangement to compliment this sketch. ~Adrienne
