Hello Layout
by Kasia Krzyminska
Of course Finn's lines can be used with ANY style! We even have step-by-step tips from Kasia today on how to create this gorgeous layout!
"I choose this funny photo of me and my friend Eliza from
ProzArt and decided to embellish it with a lot of flowers and girly
colors." ~Kasia
pic. 36b - I used resist canvas border to add some irregular layers and to diversify composition under the photograph
pic. 36c - I started with bigger flowers and then add smaller
elements on top so they don't lose their charm under layers of other
embellishements
pic. 36d - Layering buttons, metal
elements, pebbles, flowers and crystals is a nice way to create
interesting clusters that are really eye-catching.
pic. 36e - You can also use some bigger metal elements to
create textured background. Just glue them with gel medium and cover
with gesso or modeling paste.
pic. 36f - I covered round
stickers from Sunrise Sunset collection with Glossy Accents to add
good-looking details and make them more interesting.

Since you are asking :) for ideas..... I would also love it if you could link your supply list so we can just click on it to see what product is being used rather than just the name and product number???

I love this collection. I think it's very vintage and their designs have a masculine touch. Would love to see some inspiring album with this collection. I'm thinking of making one for my dad at Christmas and I think it would be very useful.

What struck me most were the color combinations that Finn used...beautiful. What I would love to see is a video of Finn actually creating one of her projects. I feel very intimidated because, although I love the end result, I have no idea how to get to the end from the beginning.
Posted by: Janet Nelson | Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 10:11 AM
Love the Vintage look! I look for ideas on how to utilize vintage elements and this is beautiful.

As far as Finnabair's work is concerned, I can watch her at work all day and any day!Just seeing how she layers and adds her elements is awe inspiring...Would love to see more of her colour work...how she adds her colour to her projects!

Everything is beautiful, amazing and inspiring! It is so hard to resist buying everything that Prima makes! I really love the mini album that Cari will be teaching today. They are so perfect for gifts. I agree that it would make it so much easier to link the product list so that we can actually see the products being used. Most of the online places that I shop at do not list the products by number. Thanks for always offering so much inspiration!

Such amazing lines from Anna - the Mechanicals are so gorgeous... and the Vintage Vanity stamps are heaven. Love seeing what everyone does with them, and was so happy to take a class with Anna herself a couple of weeks ago. The stamps and stencils are definitely going to become everyday tools for me, and the Mechanicals for special occasions!!
