We are so excited to introduce a fabulously talented designer to you!
Kasia Krzyminska's work is seen all over the world. She is fun, edgy, and is absolutely a pleasure to work with!
Please welcome Kasia!
My name is Kasia Krzymińska, however in the scrap world I use my
nickname Czekoczyna (or Czeko to make it shorter). I’m 23 years old and I
live in Warsaw, Poland. When I
create I use a lot of fabrics, embellishments, paints and lace. I love
mixed-media and balanced colors. I adore adding layers and texture to my
layouts.
I would describe my style as delicate, maybe a little vintage, but I also like to learn some new techniques.
Introduce yourself in a few sentences.
I am pharmacist and I really enjoy it. But I am also a bit of an artistic soul – I’m searching for a inspiration everywhere and everyday – in music, nature, old books, bad weather, dreams… I love summer, meadows and beautiful notebooks.
What is your favorite Prima product?

What is your favorite Prima product?
I
can certainly say it is the cotton tape. It's so versatile that I'm using
it on every page. To create a background, to make some journaling on
it - it's just perfect, and I think I'm addicted.
What music/songs do you listen to when you scrapbook?
What music/songs do you listen to when you scrapbook?
I
love all sorts of music and I find it very inspiring. For now my
favorites are Queen, Depeche Mode and Prince. Oh, and I'm sooo in love
with Al Green :)
Favorite food to eat?
Favorite food to eat?
The simpler, the better. Tomatoes with cream, pasta with cheese, yogurt with kiwi, pancakes. My
favorite unhealthy foods are probably fudge brownies and lasagna, but I
also love fruits. Yep, as for me everything is just delicious :D
If you could go on a dream vacation where would you go?
If you could go on a dream vacation where would you go?
I think it doesn't matter where you go, it's important who is your companion. I would love to visit Japan and Iceland, but never alone.
What inspires you the most?
What inspires you the most?
The most? Ok, now this is a hard question. I would love to say "everything", it is true actually, but I'm sure that answer won't satisfy you: so textures, earth tones, smells, sounds, fabric, touch, feelings, paints, abandoned places.
What is your fave subject to scrapbook?
Framing old family photographs - this is my passion. I love to collect them, delight in the
details and wondering about the stories. People from old photographs -
their thoughts, their emotions, worries, everyday life, their
happiness - this is what fascinates me.
How long have you been scrapbooking?
I started scrapbooking in 2010 and loved it from that moment on. Now I am addicted to scrapping and everything that comes with it.

Are you all ready to see a bit of Kasia's beautiful work?
1962
"This
photo was taken in 1962. It features my great grandfather with his
beehives in his great garden. He loves his bees so much and he was also
very special man with warm personality. The artist, the husband, the
family guy, gardener, director, writer, photographer. As for me he is
very inspiring.
I decided to print this photo on the foil and frame it
with some beautiful Prima papers and embellishments.
I used mostly
Engraver collection which I found very inspiring. Layered
embellishments, painting, vintage flowers - this is what I love." ~Kasia

Smile Big
I love blues and I'm often using this colors on my pages. This layout is

I believe that the good you do comes back to you.
This page is full of
beautiful Prima vintage embellishments. As a base I choose one of the

Mixed Media Tag
Creating
tags is something that I really adore. They are so simple, so easy and
gives so much satisfaction.
This one is very mixed-media with a lot of
small Prima embellishments. I decided to write some kind words on the
back and send to my friend, just as a card. ~ Kasia
