12 Days of Christmas: Day 9

We would LOVE to have you join in on our challenge as we only have a few more days left. It's quite easy-just make a card based on one of our samples and post it anywhere online. Link us in the comments section for the day you chose. We have PRIZES for 12 lucky winners that we will award on Nov 30th!

 

The talented Gerry van Gent has our special card today! (We love the variety of styles and cards our international team has offered during this challenge!)

 

Instructions:

1. Cut your own card using white cardstock with size 14" x 11". Then fold in two.

2. Use Rondelle`s Cabriole pattern paper and cut a rectangle with the same size as the front of the card - 7" x 5.5". Distress the edges and stitch along. Once ready adhere it on the card.

3. Take the notecard and cut out only the frame. Place it in the middle of the card and adhere with foam pads.

4. Attach the lamp in the middle of the notecard frame and on top of it place the window resin. Add the bird on the right side. 

N.B. Before using the bird fetch away the needle.

5. Now you can decorate with the flowers. Begin in the middle using Interlude (light)gray rose. 

6. Before adding the pinecones and the branches paint them with gesso/white acrylic paint.
