Today we have a designer showcase project by Anne Jo Lexander. She brings us this adorable tin that she has re-purposed using Prima products and art mediums. The small smoking tin makes for the perfect Gift Card holder. Here is one of the tins she altered using the Doodle-Deux collection.

Here is the step by step instructions for you to recreate this inventive idea.
How-to:
1. Paint the tin twice with gesso, just so you cover the original surface.
2.Add a slight dash of glimmer mist and flocked rub-ons onto the surface. Spray the butterfly-resist canvas piece, and lightly add cold ice chalk to the edges when dry. Generously apply clear crackle paint onto the wood clock and add some randomly on the flowers and leaves as well. Let dry.
3.Measure the size of the tin and cut a strip which’s 12” long. Fold it three times and round the corners.
4.Build a nice layered cover for the tin using paper, transparencies, canvas, tag and flowers. I find that varying the materials used in the layers will help on the overall look.
5.Decorate the inner pages like you would a normal card; just remember that it needs to be somewhat flat-ish so it will fit into the tin.

Read, of course, far from my topic. But still, we can work together. How do you feel about trust management?!…
