Stamp addicts beware!
We are ready to show off some very fun and very cool techniques using our fabulous new clear stamps!
This book tag comes from the talented Cari Fennell: "I created a tag that can go into a lunch box or back pack for school. It's just a nice little surprise for them to find during their day at school."
Cari stamped it with our new paintable stamp (use embossing ink), embossed with clear powder and then heat set it. Add Walnut Stain Distress ink to the background of the tag for a resist look. Spray the flowers with Blue Smoke and Forever Red Perfect Pearl Mists, then layer them with pearl centers and glue them to the tag. The mists work perfectly with our Craftable flowers and lace. They softly add color and shine.

Alyssa McGrew uses a variety of stamps to add loads of texture to her layout!"Stamps can easily add a lot of visual texture without adding bulkiness. Stamping on circles and using them to form the tree, for example, gave my layout a lot of extra texture without taking away from the simple design. Border stamping can be done with almost any stamp, and adds a lot of interest. I like to stamp a border, and then paint over it with a light mist color to create a more natural look. Don't forget to deliberately skip a few stamps for even more interest." ~ Alyssa

I just completed two "Jack and Jill" layouts, I so wish I had known about the word stamp to go with it! Might still have to get that one!
