First up we have a very colorful layout by the talented Julie Fei-Fan Balzer! Julie used so many coloring techniques to show off the Prima products.
and use a paintbrush to brush the mist across the upper right
corner and create drips.
• Use gesso on two of the journaling cards to obscure the design
partially and allow the colors of the Glimmer Mist to really shine.
• The flowers were all originally white. Mist them to add some
intense colors.
• The ruffles along the left edge were hand cut and then stitched down.
Check out this colorful Innosense flower! See how well it holds up under all that coloring? Our whole Innosense line is created especially for coloring.
A beautifully-colored TA journaling spot. Prima's papers are also very thick holding up to all art techniques with style.
Just look at all of that dimension! LOVE!
• Glimmer Mist: Tattered Angels
• Flowers: Prima (#540432, 540203)
• Journaling Cards: Tattered Angels

Sharon Laakkonen used a brilliant canvas page idea originated by Cari Fennell to make these altered clutches. Each clutch is one 6x6 canvas album refill page spritzed with Glimmer Mist and then folded in half and glued together on each side with Fabri-Tac leaving the tops open. The first clutch is slightly feminine and very colorful. Check out the NEWEST GM color, "Piece of Heart" (created to support Autism Awareness) used on the canvas and large blue flower. It's a beautiful shade of turquoise and compliments so many other colors. Once the clutches dry you can start altering them!
Don't have a Canvas Button that matches? No problem-simply color it with Coffee Shop!
Sharon used Prima's lace as a mask to create a tie-dye effect with Red
Velvet GM and white Prima flowers. Set pieces of lace over the flowers and mist with your favorite GM color. What a great way to create a cool effect on the flowers and color lace at the same time!
Supplies: Canvas Refill Page 920470, Canvas Button 920333, Pillar Flowers 529567, Mini-Roses SA-002/1, SIIP swirl 535933, Calcutta Leaves 539177
Clutch number two has a light spray of Gold GM along with felt DeVines sprayed with Olive Vine and Meadow Green. Beautiful white Tea Roses are transformed with a covering of Red Velvet GM. Two rows of delicate Prima lace are attached across the top of the clutch to hide the grommets.
Supplies: Canvas Refill Page 920470, Laces 537173, 537296, Tea Rose flowers 537456, mini-roses SA-002/1, Mulberry Rose Leaves 540456, DeVines 536954
Prima's large Innosense flower is painted with TA's newest product: Glam! Golden Goddess Glam is perfect for an amazing floral centerpiece. Notice how the Innosense flower holds it's shape under the art mediums?
Supplies: Canvas Refill Page 920470, Innosense Flower 540418, DeVine felt 536954, Calcutta Leaves 539177, Lace 537173

Julie also brings us a funky month-in-review layout using LOTS of fun Prima and TA products.spray them with several colors of Glimmer Mist.
• To make it quick and easy, staple the photos to the tags and most
of the tags to the background. Ranger's Tiny Attacher will make this step cute and attractive.
• The background was created by laying the cardstock over some strips
of paper (for another layout) which was saturated with Glimmer Mist.
• Glimmer Mist: Tattered Angels
• Innosense Flowers: Prima (#540449)• Patterned Paper: Prima (#841324)
• Journaling Cards: Tattered Angels...............................................................................................................................................
Sharon uses just two GM colors and lots of springy Prima products to create this sweet card! Start your card with Tropics papers. Color the Andorra butterfly with Gold GM, add your colored flowers (pick colors that match your paper: Piece of Heart and Gold) and tuck in some Calcutta leaves, SIIP swirls and DeVine white paper backing.
See how gorgeous Prima's butterfly is with a light spray of GM? The glimmery effect is stunning.
Supplies: Tropics paper 840952, 840938, Andorra Butterfly 538033, DeVine backing, SIIP/SIIC Wildflower 535865, Lace 537203, Pillar Flowers 529567, Mini-Roses SA-002/1, Calcutta Leaves 539177
.....................................................................................................................................................
Cari Fennell took Prima's Flights of Fancy paper and transformed it with a few simple steps to create this knock-out layout layered with beaded Caravan flowers and a flocked transparency!
Use a screen on the background paper
with
Vintage Pink GM. (Spray twice for a darker effect.) Add a few stitches around the outside for a fun touch. What a great way to use a gorgeous piece of paper, but customize it to fit your color needs.
Cari also added an embossed
border around the TA Bingo cards by swiping the sides in embossing ink, then dipping them in gold embossing powder. Heat set for a golden touch. Want to add vintage touch to your whole layout? Spray the whole design lightly with Walnut Gold. (You can spray on the photo too...if you get any larger spots just blot them with a paper towel.) All of Prima's products take a fine glimmery mist really well and they whole layout will be more cohesive!

"Laoshi" is a sweet combination of pastel colors and sparkly textures! Iris Babao-Uy used a simple masking technique for the multi-colored backdrop. Adding Prima laces add a delicate touch, while a SIIP/SIIC wildflower adds lots of glamor. Color additional Innoscense flowers to match you background for a very unique layout!
So sweet and so precious! Perfect for your little girl photos.
