Rondelle Tag Set with Cari Fennell

One of my very favorite projects to create, are tag sets! And I decided to create this particular set using the new Rondelle collection, with coordinating flowers, stamps and gems. This paper line offers a soft color pallete and gorgeous graphics suitable for projects large and small. 

I created six tags altogether, making each one unique by using different elements that coordinate with the papers.

Here are a few of the tags from the set:

For this tag, I added paper to the background of a manila tag and stamped a diamond border a few times at the top using Ranger Black Soot Distress ink. Then I wrapped the black seam binding around the center and adorned it with a Bel Canto flower, velvet leaves and sprinkled gems around my flower cluster.

This tag came together very easily, using the polka dot paper as my background and making a custom flower take center stage in the middle. Then I cut out the sweet hummingbird image and added it to the top of the flower and finished it off with a black bow. 

 

It's fun to add little snippets of a vine to the flower clusters, (especially the ones that have sparkly beads) as well as bits of lace and a mini tag with a stamped sentiment.  

These tags would make the perfect addition to a gift bag or a pretty wrapped package for someone special. They would also look adorable grouped together as a mini tag book or make special embellishments for your scrapbook pages...the possibilities are endless!
