Each month we show you how to scrapbook two amazing layouts- in two very different styles- starting from "Simple", then dressing it up to create something "Stupendous"!
This month the fabulous Juliana Montoya has created two beautiful projects using the new Engraver collection.
Let's peek at her "Simple" version first:
"The Engraver Collection inspired me to create a vintage layout with a touch of Shabby Chic."
"The gorgeous maps and
images from the collection makes me think of old books which I love to
collect. This is one of my favorite collections for sure for all of the
vintage color tones."
Although this layout is simpler in style it definitely looks complete and ready to add to your scrapbook album.
Of course we could stop right here with the simpler version and be proud of the gorgeous project! But, if you like to embellish more, we want to show you how to take this layout up to the next level!
Now let's see how Juliana made this layout "Stupendous":
"I used a lot of layers to create my layout by using a
few pages from the Engraver Collection and added a few Prima flowers."
"I then added a few more Prima flowers, vintage trinkets, and trims to
make it a bit more........ Stupendous" :) Juliana
So more layers, more flowers, more embellishing, all add up to a delightful layout filled beautiful touches!
