Go Green Winners!

In conjunction with Prima's earth-friendly program, Green Concepts ™, we recently held our first ever, GO GREEN Contest. There were so many creative projects entered; made out of every Prima container and package imaginable! We saw everything from Say It In Crystals packages to a Build-A-Frame stamp box re-purposed intoother usable items. The creativity and ingenuity you showed was simply AMAZING! 

After voting...and then voting again to break a HUGE tie (We told you there were too many wonderful entries!) we were able to finally choose the top designs. We would like to present to you the following three winners: One Grand Prize winner and Two Honorable Mentions!

Grand Prize: by Aida Haron 

Aida used an Essentials 4 flower container and turned it into this amazingly beautiful jewelery holder.

Angelique papers and layered Prima flowers add the delicate details for this "timeless" creation!

Honorable Mention: Peggy Forshee

Peggy used a Build-A-Frame stamp package to create a magnetic art display case! Simply open the case up and slip in a new piece of artwork for an ever-changing display on your refrigerator! How clever is that?

Honorable Mention: Tracey Taylor

Tracey used a Big Box Blooms box to create this precious shadow box filled with baby Julia's keepsakes! (This is a great way to display a few items and protect them from dust!) A clear Paintables adds pattern to the back of the display while a Say It In Crystals swirl provides a touch of sparkle to this winning project!

Easy To Be Green update!

Prima's Easy To Be Green contest ends tomorrow (June 30th at midnight PST).

Tons of gorgeous entries have come in and we are working on getting the verification emails out. Please be patient!

In the mean time please make sure that you can see your entry in our gallery. If you cannot see it, please resubmit it (add Easy To Be Green to the title). All entries should be showing up in the contest gallery within a few hours of the upload.

June is winding down and so is Prima's "Easy To Be Green" contest! Prima is committed to  promoting Green Concepts ^TM with our environmentally-friendly products and there are only 7 more days to join in the fun!

It's time to re-purpose those gorgeous Prima containers once again. Recycled Prima tins, bottles, pillow packs and other Prima packaging are all eligible products to be made over in this latest GREEN contest! Let's add a fun twist this time and include a touch of GREEN somewhere on the project! GREEN is a beautiful color-just ask Kermit who finally realized how special it was. As Prima focuses more and more on earth-friendly products and practices, let's hurry up and HOP TO IT since the contest ends June 30th!

Prima is offering it's very own "Stimulus" Prize Package for 1st and 2nd Place!

                                First Place:
          $600 prize package of Prima products (retail value)

                                Second Place:
          $300 prize package of Prima products (retail value)

OFFICIAL RULES AND ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS 

Eligibility:
Contest is open to legal residents of all countries (as allowed by law). You must be 18 years or older to enter. The Contest is not open to employees, teachers or design team members of Prima Marketing, Inc. or their immediate family members. Affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies are also ineligible.

Prima Marketing, Inc. will not be responsible for late, misdirected or illegible entries.

Artists may submit more than one entry. Designs previously posted are acceptable for contest submission as long as they meet eligibility requirements. 

Judging:
Judging will be done on the basis of creative use of Prima packaging (ex: Flower Tins, Got Flowers bottle, Clear Stamps packaging, flower Pillow Packs); design composition, craftsmanship, use of green, and originality of project.

NOTE: A Prima container must be used in a recognizable fashion and the color green must be included on the project in some manner.

Awards:
One First Place winner

will be chosen from amongst all of the entries and awarded a $600 (retail value) prize package of Prima products. 

                                  One Second Place Winner

            will be awarded a $300 (Retail Value) of Prima product each.

A signed photography release will be required from each winner.

All international, federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Any taxes incurred are the winner’s responsibility.

How to Enter: 

1. Submit your contest projects by visiting the Prima Marketing Inc. website.  Digital photos or scans are required (upload maximum 150 K). Entries are to be submitted via our web site, www.primamarketinginc.com Click on the "Idea Gallery" tab, scroll down and click on "Contest Entry".  The direct link for the contest entry is:

2. Label each submission with your name. You will be contacted separately if additional information is required.

Please enter your email address carefully as this is the only means we have of contacting you if you should win.

Verification emails will be sent out for each entry received. (Please resend your entry if you do not receive an email from Prima within one week of submitting your entry. Prima Marketing, Inc. will not be responsible for verification if an incorrect email address is provided.)

This was the closest contest judging ever! The first round ended with a huge tie that necessitated another go around.
