Hello Spring

Magda's stamping, spraying and fun layers add such a diverse look to her projects! She is able to add so much dimension and color without a lot of bulk.
Our wood icons and flowers are trendy and lightweight making them perfect choices for any mixed media project.
Magda has offered a tutorial if you would like to recreate this layout too!
Product Features:
Step-By-Step:
- As your base use `Parfait` paper from the `Hello Pastel` collection.
- Cut `Butter Cream ` paper approximately 15x25 cm. Distress edges using the Prima distressing tool by Ingvild Bolme - then place on the layout as shown.
- Randomly add pieces of paper from an old book and strips of masking tape. Apply a white acrylic paint - leave to dry.
- Prepare the photo - create some layers under your photo - use a piece of paper from the notebook and piece of paper cut from `Butter Cream' paper [approx 10x15cm] - stick all together and place on your layout.
- Add some scraps of `Confection` paper here and there as shown. Then add some extra pieces of masking tape and washi tape.
- Using Cosmic Shimmer Mist mist your work with using Prima stencil as shown.
- It`s time to add some extra paints. Using a spatula just add a little bit of gesso here and there. When the gesso is dry - add a touch of watercolor.
- When all the paints are dry - add your favourite Prima stamps
- For the end - add some doodles using Liquid Pearls and embellishments.
- Don`t forget add your title and journaling ! ;)

Experience My 2012

- I placed three of Leeza's little mini pockets on each large pocket page.
- Before adding anything else, I distressed a piece of cardboard and the pockets with gesso and molding paste.
- Then I slid the cardboard in the large pocket, gluing it inside to make the pocket less bendable.
- These pockets were left empty so that I could add more photos and notes inside about the year!
