Today on the Prima blog we have a fun PanPastel Tutorial created by Leslie Ashe. She shows us how you can mix the PanPastels with inks to create an artistic background.
Take a look at her simple steps to recreating this colorful page.
...............................................................................
-Use a spare piece of paper or cardstock & punch a generous size circle to use as a template.
-Once you have your template down & using the Softt Knife, spread the Turquoise PanPastels inside the circle template.
-Using a silver pen, draw stitch lines around the edges of the circles.
-Using alcohol ink (or paint mist), drop colors on the paper in different places.
-Build the rest of your layout using your photo, papers, flowers & embellishments.
