Gothic-Tattooed Halloween Album
Sandi Pirrelli created this scary, technique-filled album using lots of Prima products...starting with a chipboard album as a base. The chipboard is easy to color and is perfect to be "grunged" up. (Read more about Sandi below.)
There are a TON of fun techniques used! See if you can spot all of them.
Throughout the album Sandi used a lot of temporary tattoos and applied them to paper instead of skin. (Now how creative is that? Tip: For best results do not get them too wet.) She also used Prima's felt Voila to add lots of rich texture to the design.
On these very artsy pages we find a FABULOUS idea. Sandi created a "spider web" right on the page! Use thread to create the web so the photos or tags can slide in and out easily.
Sandi layered lots of flowers and our Say It In Studs for a sparkly effect.
By inserting a red Build-A-Book page Sandi adds an EERIE touch to her book! Lots of E-Line gems add perfect finishing touches.
Sandi then added her own personal touches to finish off her one-of-a-kind, Gothic-gorgeous, Halloween Album all ready for spooky pictures to be added!
Try some of these techniques for your Halloween projects.Prima has a variety of products to help you create the PERFECT piece of art.

About the Artist: Sandi Pirrelli
Sandi brings a
unique blend of talent and professional experience to Prima. She is part of a
family full of commercially accomplished artists, all attending the
prestigious Art Center College of Design. Her parents were in the LA garment
industry and she worked with them from an early age, learning the manufacturing
side of the business while in school. She specialized in surface design and
textiles and as an intern project, assisted in the costume designs for the then
brand-new Pirates of The Caribbean ride at Disneyland.
Sandi’s textile, wall paper, and carpet designs are still featured in many major Las Vegas hotels, Resorts, Disneyland, and in Hollywood films. On the business side, she has owned retail clothing stores and has worked as a buyer in both apparel and home décor. Prior to coming to Prima, Sandi worked as a product designer and major account manager with a large home-décor manufacturer. She finds plenty of reason to scrapbook with five grandchildren as subjects!
