When did you start scrapbooking and how did you get started? I
started scrapbooking in November 2001, I’d always liked taking
photos and decorating my albums. I discovered scrapbooking while
surfing on the web and it’s now become my second passion!

From where do you draw inspiration?
I
get my inspiration from one or two photos that I want to scrap. I
also get inspiration from different blogs or from web sites.

Describe your style for us. I like the "romantique"
style and I try to get this feeling into my layouts.

How do you go about designing a page?
I
always start by choosing the base for my layout with the help of my
photo, once I’ve found how I’m going to place the
different papers I then place my embellishments but I don’t
stick anything down until I’m satisfied with the way it looks. If I
choose to put a title on the layout I place this at the same time as
the embellishments and I place my journaling once the layout is
completely finished. To
make mini albums I set out all papers and embellishments that will
go with the theme and colours that I’ve chosen and I work page
by page, I sometimes add some more embellishments later when I add
the journaling on the pages.

In general, how long does it take you to do a page?
It
all depends if I’m very inspired or not! It can take anywhere from half
an hour to two hours. For mini albums I like to do them a little at a
time over a few days.

What is your favorite Prima product?
Flowers of course !
I love them!! You rarely see any of my layouts without
flowers!
7.
What are 3 other products that you can't live without?
Ribbons,
lace, buttons and rubber stamps.
8.
What is/was one of your favorite scrapbook
trends/fads?
I
love making mini albums because I’m able to tell more than on a
one page layout. I can make a mini album for a special event, for a
day out or about the same person.

Patricia's mini-album is absolutely beautiful! She uses papers from various Prima lines...as well as rich Hydrangeas Petals and sparkly Say It In Crystals swirls.

The Lucid paper line adds a soft romantic look to the album. Add a few Daisies, Hydrangeas and Essentials flowers for a splash of texture and color.

Pages 3 and 4 are accented with some deep, richly colored Prima flowers and a touch of elegant Elysee ribbon.
